As Business Analyst (CAMA)you will:

Job Description
Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Demonstrated hands-on experience in requirement gathering, current and future state analysis for commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) in large enterprise-level project delivery (in past 10 years).
• Demonstrated experience documenting business and system requirements, diagramming the required process flows for the integration deployment (in past 10 years).
• Demonstrated experience as a business analyst with at least one (1) cloud SaaS implementation with significant business transformation would be an asset.

The ideal candidate will have:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of six (6) years of Business Analyst experience in multi-year technical projects.
• Clearly demonstrated experience in hands-on Business Systems Analyst experience, including requirement gathering and documentation, developing and managing a requirement traceability matrix, technical solution, and design analysis, developing product backlog, user stories and acceptance criteria (3 projects in the past 10 years)
• Demonstrated experience in the past two years as a Business Analyst for a Property Assessment Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) project specific to service delivery agencies and government, and working on the requirement elicitation for the integration points with CAMA solution.
• Demonstrated experience in producing visual diagrams that clearly depict the relationship between business functions and has developed the business process documents in the past 10 years

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Current certification from a recognized professional business analysis association, such as PMI-PBA, IIBA-CBAP would be an asset.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: CAD $85-$90per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
