As a Wireless Systems designer in the Atlantic Wireless Network RF, Engineering & Planning team, the successful candidate will be responsible for designing, augmenting, and optimizing the Rogers Wireless radio access network.

What you'll do :

• Responsible for RF engineering and design, of the Rogers Wireless radio access network, including GSM / UMTS / LTE / NR / CatM / NBIOT technologies.
• Apply propagation theory, cellular theory, antenna theory andRF engineering toolsto select cell site placement, antenna height, site configuration, parameters, tilts, azimuths and power to maximize coverage, capacity, and performance of the network.
• Produce, perform, andapproval of RF related tasks and documents.
