Salary range (but not limited to):
74,800 - 91,400
Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.
About the role
We’re looking for a Business Analyst II, OPL, to join our growing team!
What you’ll do here:
Handle and resolve day-to-day system referrals from users in a timely fashion
Meet regularly with regional teams to review ongoing system issues
Monitor trends to identify opportunities for user training and system changes and enhancements
Act as the liaison between users, IT and other departments as required
Test system changes
Act as a subject matter expert for personal insurance systems
Consult on system functionality
Support in the analysis of business requirements for changes existing systems (Bug Fixes)
Perform any other duties relating to production support as assigned by your manager.
What you bring to the table:
Minimum of 3 years experience as Business Analyst
Demonstrated Experience with Claims tools/processes (Contact Claims and Contact 360)
Project management experience, an asset
Experience in production support
Strong ability to investigate and analyse problems of a technical nature
Demonstrated ability to cope with change effectively.
Have initiative and is autonomous.
Skills for time and priority management.
Ability to manage multiple files at the same time.
Good communication skills (oral and written).
Knowledge of the Auto & Home insurance industry (asset).
No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country
