The TD AML program is seeking an experienced Business System Analyst (Lead) who can support the technical development of KYC requirements. This individual is expected to support the KYC (Know Your Customer) product by planning, managing, and leading the delivery of system requirements in alignment with standards and frameworks, working in close partnership with various partners and stakeholders.

As a Business System Analyst (Lead) the day-to-day responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications taking into account non-functional requirements
  • Provide support/oversight and guidance in the delivery of technology requirements with focus on quality, reusability, scalability, and innovation.
  • Determine cross functional impacts and ensure that the various technology teams and partners have a solid understanding of the requirements
  • Act as a BSA Lead by providing support and guidance to the BSA team
  • Participate in requirement discussions and user story refinement, helping with requirement clarifications and ensuring user stories are aligned with documented functional and business requirements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners and internal/external team members
  • Support the writing of user stories as needed

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years relevant experience
  • Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate
  • Strong experience defining and documenting complex functional business logic
  • Experience in data mapping and data lineage and documenting rules for processing data
  • Experience working on Agile projects and using JIRA
  • Experience working on AML/KYC projects is a strong asset
  • Experience leading a team of BSA is a strong asset
