Our client is recognized for delivering high-quality, creative, and sustainable display and packaging solutions to leading brands across North America. Their operations combine strong design, manufacturing, and supply chain capabilities to support retail, marketing, and brand engagement initiatives. We are seeking a Project Manager & Estimator to join their growing team. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where customer experience, operational excellence, and continuous improvement are core to success. Position Overview Reporting to the Manager, Client Services, the Project Manager & Estimator is responsible for managing and developing client display and promotional packaging programs while maintaining strong customer relationships. This role plays a key part in overseeing project planning, execution, delivery, and cost estimation to ensure projects are competitive, profitable, and aligned with client expectations. The position works closely with internal teams and external partners, including Sales, Design, Production, Warehouse, Suppliers, and Clients. Key Responsibilities Estimating
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates by reviewing project scope, specifications, and production requirements, applying pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
  • Request and evaluate quotes from external suppliers, securing multiple pricing options to achieve optimal costing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify cost-effective and efficient production methods.
  • Ensure all quotes are accurate, clearly presented, and delivered on time to support effective client communication.
  • Participate in project kick-offs, production, and review meetings, contributing to cost analysis and procurement strategies.
  • Maintain strong supplier relationships and stay informed on market trends and pricing changes.
Project Management
  • Manage and execute projects for assigned client accounts from initiation through completion.
  • Translate project objectives into detailed scopes, timelines, and action plans for internal teams.
  • Review technical specifications and support pre-production meetings, work orders, and production documentation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients at the project level, ensuring expectations and deliverables are met.
  • Proactively troubleshoot issues, escalate risks as needed, and maintain project momentum.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, promoting collaboration and accountability.
  • Support the sales team with presentations, reporting, and client-facing initiatives as required.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
  • College diploma or university degree (asset).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the packaging, print/graphics, POP displays, or retail merchandising industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer focus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Comfort working with numbers, pricing, and computer-based systems.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and collaborative with a positive, “can-do” mindset.
