We have an existing opportunity to add a Property Technical Specialist to our team!

Overview:

The Property Technical Specialist will be accountable for the delivery of XA reporting and XA Client Guidelines to support ClaimsPro operational leadership and enable adjusters to understand and meet insurer expectations. Supporting the Director of IMS, The Property Technical Specialist will also be responsible for measuring regional performance, communicating the results to internal stakeholders, and developing strategies to drive better outcomes. Working within a team environment, the incumbent will be responsible for continuously working to enhance XA performance within Claimspro. This role is critical to ClaimsPro’s objective to become the most trusted partner in the industry.

Organizational Alignment:

  • Reports to the Director, IMS
  • Accountable to external and internal stakeholders:ClaimsPro Business Unit Leaders and the field operationsClaimsPro Key Insurer ClientsClaimsPro Business Development

Key Performance Criteria:

  • Effective use of XA reporting.
  • Successful development and execution of internal processes including escalation management.
  • Delivery of exceptional outcomes on measurable XA KPI criteria.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the Director of IMS and Regional adjusting teams in the proactive design of workflows to create efficiencies for XA usage.
  • Provide oversight and guidance on files requiring technical direction.
  • Create, manage, and oversee XA Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Maintain current client guidelines and expectations related to the use of XA.
  • Review guidelines and act as SME to provide feedback on issues where client guidelines and adjuster processes are not aligned.
  • Monitor and maintain active XA user list.
  • Work in conjunction with other departments to support client needs.
  • Assist with onboarding of adjusters to projects.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders on any special projects and initiatives related to XA.
  • Identify adjuster XA handling trends and coaching opportunities.
  • Provide reporting on adjuster performance aligned with account requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant property claims adjusting experience
  • Demonstrated advanced knowledge of XactAnalysis
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage conflicting priorities in an effective manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, including presentations to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook, SharePoint)

Responsabilités du poste

  • Soutenir le Directeur général d'IMS et les équipes régionales de règlement de sinistres dans la conception proactive de flux de travail afin d'optimiser l'utilisation d’XA.
  • Assurer la supervision et le suivi des dossiers nécessitant une expertise technique.
  • Créer, gérer et superviser les procédures opérationnelles standards relatives à XA.
  • Maintenir à jour les directives et les attentes des clients concernant l'utilisation d’XA.
  • Examiner les directives et agir en tant qu'expert en la matière pour fournir une rétroaction sur les points de divergence entre les directives des clients et les processus des experts en sinistres.
  • Suivre et tenir à jour la liste des utilisateurs actifs d’XA.
  • Collaborer avec les autres services pour répondre aux besoins des clients.
  • Contribuer à l'intégration d’experts en sinistres aux projets.
  • Collaborer avec les principales parties prenantes dans le cadre de projets et initiatives spéciaux liés à XA.
  • Identifier les tendances en matière de gestion XA par les experts en sinistres et les opportunités d’accompagnement.
  • Fournir des rapports sur le rendement des experts en sinistres, conformément aux exigences des comptes.

Qualifications et expérience

  • 3 à 5 ans d'expérience pertinente en gestion de réclamations biens
  • Maîtrise avancée du logiciel XactAnalysis
