High Level Description :
The Supplier Quality Specialist will conduct quality assessments on supplier quality management systems to ensure compliance with company quality standards.
Specific Accountabilities :
- Supports Enbridge Supplier quality evaluation direction for selected Suppliers to ensure the appropriate quality management systems, including adequate infrastructure, training and procedures are established and implemented.
- Engage with Suppliers with requirements needed to conduct and complete quality management assessments in a timely fashion.
- Compile assessment documentation for supplier quality assessments.
- Where necessary provide assessment gap reports to internal stakeholders.
- Meet tight deadlines to approve selected suppliers.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders as needed.
- Development of audit plan with objectives.
- Co-ordinate between technical audit team and auditees.
- Planning and management of opening and closing meetings.
- Co-ordinate final review session with technical audit team.
- Compilation of technical audit team reports into final audit summary report.
