In this exciting role, you will be working alongside a team of high-performing Cybersecurity professionals who are skilled and knowledgeable in all facets of Cybersecurity and SAP. The IAM Specialist (Role-Based Security) teammate is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining user access and security roles in SAP systems. This position will work closely with SAP functional and technical teams to ensure access controls meet business requirements while adhering to internal compliance policies and regulatory standards.

What you bring to the table:

  • Design, develop, and maintain SAP roles and authorizations (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Fiori, .
  • Analyze security requirements and provide role-based access control (RBAC) solutions.
  • Monitor and remediate segregation of duties (SoD) conflicts.
  • Conduct user access reviews and support internal/external audits.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to support project initiatives and enhancements.
  • Maintain documentation for SAP security configurations and procedures.
  • Support GRC Access Control maintenance and risk remediation.

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Security administration.
  • Strong understanding of SAP authorization concepts and SoD principles.
  • Knowledge of audit and compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred:

  • SAP Certified Technology Associate – System Security Architect.
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or similar.
  • Experience with SAP GRC Access Control.
