What You'll Bring
Required :
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental, sustainability, health & safety science, engineering, or related discipline.
- 6+ years of EHS experience in consulting or industry, ideally with exposure in Canada and internationally.
- Proven ability to assess EHS management systems across high-hazard sectors (mining, oil & gas, petrochemicals, pulp & paper, power generation).
- Strong understanding of Canadian EHS regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional communication skills—able to engage senior leaders and frontline teams alike.
- Ability to manage complex projects independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to travel up to 40%
- Driver's License Required : This position requires a valid driver's license and / or the ability to operate a company vehicle due to the nature of job duties, which include frequent travel to various client locations across a large geographical area.

Key Responsibilities
For the Principal Consultant, Auditor – EHS Regulatory Compliance and Management Systems position, the anticipated annual base pay is $ 129,521- $ 158,372 (CAD) . Actual pay will depend on factors such as education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs. In some cases, pay may fall outside this range. This role may be eligible for bonus pay (casual and fixed term / flex force employees are not bonus eligible).
