As our development portfolio continues to grow, we are seeking a Development Coordinator to support current and future urban projects.Your new role
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and gain hands-on exposure across the full development lifecycle, from early design through to project delivery.The Development Coordinator will support multiple projects by assisting with design coordination, consultant management, scheduling, documentation, approvals, and reporting. The role involves helping translate architectural vision into executable development oues while keeping projects organized, progressing, and aligned with quality standards.What you'll need to succeed
Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years of relevant experience in development, architecture, planning, or construction coordination, along with strong organizational skills, clearmunication, and an interest in well-designed, mixed-use projects.
