A well-established and growing organization is seeking a highly motivated Administrative Assistant to join its collaborative and client-focused team. This is a confidential search as the organization continues to expand its operations.

The Opportunity

This role provides comprehensive administrative and client service support across the organization. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring operational efficiency and accuracy in documentation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing incoming communications (phone and email)
  • Coordinating and supporting client interactions and in-office meetings
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation
  • Providing administrative support to internal teams
  • Assisting with general office coordination and daily operations

This position offers strong opportunities for growth and professional development. The successful candidate will gain exposure to multiple areas of the business and have the opportunity to expand their responsibilities over time.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in business, commerce, economics, accounting, or a related field
