The role day to day :
Creating, editing, compiling and proofreading of documents including correspondence, meeting minutes, notices of meetings and manualsManaging of administrative processes including tracking completion dates and following precise proceduresSupporting Property Managers with accurate documentation while providing clear, consistent communication to effectively assist clientsMaintaining great client relationships by handling questions, concerns and emergencies with speed and professionalismPreparing Strata Property Act formsMaintaining and updating documents on a variety of websitesUpdating and using the property management databaseParticipating in daily or weekly touchpoints with team membersFiling of documentsAdhering to office and company protocols for delivering client servicesPositively representing the company in the communityHandling confidential documents with complete discretionDaily reception desk duties shared with our Operations Coordinators team, including assisting with answering general office phone callsOther duties as assignedExperience & Qualifications :

Full-time, permanent position.40,000-50,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 : 30 am – 5 pm, with a 1-hour lunch break.Work from home opportunities are available upon completion of the training period (please note that this is not a 100% remote position, in-office hours will be required) .Weekends and statutory holidays off.A little about us :
