In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering person-centred care, working with a dedicated team to improve the quality of life for our residents.
As an LPN, you’ll : Collaborate with Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide comprehensive care and support for complex cases. Take pride in administering medications, conducting assessments, and creating individualized care plans for residents. Promote wellness through innovative programs that enhance both physical and emotional well-being. Utilize cutting-edge technology like Point-Click Care and EMAR to maintain accurate, up-to-date records, ensuring the highest standard of care. Requirements Licensed Practical Nursing Diploma Current registration in good standing with BCCNM. Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred. Availability to work consistent shifts over the weekend. Available Lines Enjoy 4-hour short shifts during the day, providing medication support as an LPN.
With a unique schedule of 3 days on and 3 days off, from 7 a.m.
