Our client, a top banking client in Canada is looking to hire  Data Entry Clerk for their team with a contract for  3 Months (Onsite)  with potential extension.

Typical Day in Role :

Ensure data accuracy and integrity of employee records and position management

• changes through established internal control mechanisms
• Actively pursues effective and efficient operations of his / her respective areas in
• accordance with Scotiabank's Values, its Code of Conduct and the Global Sales
• Principles, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day
• business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational, compliance,
• AML / ATF / sanctions and conduct risk.
• Champions a high performance environment and contributes to an inclusive work
• environment
• Understand how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day to
• day activities and decisions
• Record, maintain and send employee paper files to third party vendor for storage facility
• Respond to administrative inquiries related to record management and vendor solutions.
• Manage and maintain sensitive and confidential information, ensuring it is handled
• securely and in compliance with the organization's policies and procedures.
• Seeks opportunities to improve operational effectiveness and propose recommendations

to leadership

Candidate Requirements / Must-Have skills :

Prior administration experience

Nice to Have :

Bilingual French / English an asset

Soft Skills :

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Education / Experience :

Post-secondary or relevant work experience
