Job Description: Role: BSA/ Tech Lead

Duration: 12 months

Location: Toronto

Hybrid: 2 days a week in office

Lead business and systems analysis for enterprise‑scale data warehousing and analytics initiatives.
Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for data and reporting solutions.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, including BRDs, FRDs, and data mappings.
Serve as a technical lead, guiding data warehouse design decisions and best practices.
Design, review, and optimize dimensional data models (facts, dimensions, star/snowflake schemas).
Write, optimize, and review complex SQL queries for analysis, validation, and performance tuning.
Collaborate with Data Engineers, BI Developers, and Architects to deliver scalable, high‑quality solutions.
Support ETL/ELT pipeline design, data integration, reconciliation, quality, and lineage.
Act as a liaison between business, engineering, and analytics teams; support UAT and agile ceremonies.
Bring 8+ years of experience with strong SQL, data warehousing expertise, and excellent communication and documentation skills.
