Job description

Our client, a provider of daily meals and snacks for children, is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Care Representative for a temporary role, with the possibility of transitioning to permanent full-time. They prepare and deliver hot lunches, snacks, and beverages to children at child care centres, schools, and camps throughout the GTA. Please note: this is a nut-free environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer issues and log all calls (e.g., missing food items, order changes, follow-ups after delivery)

  • Print labels in MS Word

  • Update delivery schedules

  • Communicate with clients via email

  • Take orders for schools, child care centres, and camps


Required Skills & Experience

  • Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office

  • Intermediate skill level in a CRM system

  • Clear verbal and written communication

  • Self-starter with strong attention to detail


This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, working with families and child-focused programs, and ensuring customer satisfaction every day.
