Our client in the insurance industry is seeking 20 professionals to support their Retirement Services team during peak season. This role is part of the Retirement Member Contact Centre handling inbound requests from retirement plan members.
What is in it for you :
Hourly salary of $21.89.
6month contract with the potential for permanent employment.
Fulltime position : 37.50 hours per week.
Rotating schedule from Monday to Friday 8 am to 8 pm.
Hybrid work : 3 office days from Tuesday to Thursday.
Responsibilities :
Handle approximately 3040 inbound calls daily offering excellent customer service.
Serve as the initial point of contact for increasingly complex customer queries.
Provide accurate information about retirement accounts and assist with web navigation.
Process transactions and assist with formrelated inquiries.
Contribute to team collaboration and meet service targets (e.g. AHT schedule adherence tNPS QA).
Stay current with company policies procedures and processes.
What you will need to succeed :
Postsecondary education is preferred or equivalent work experience.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
34 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
Previous experience in an inoffice or hybrid work arrangement.
Previous exposure to being measured against KPIs and service metrics.
Effective timemanagement skills.
Ability to handle a wide variety of personalities in a professional manner.
Strong relationshipbuilding skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Willingness to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks.
Knowledge of Canadian retirement products is preferred but not required.
Basic understanding of financial services concepts.
