Our client, a dynamic logistics and warehouse operation, is seeking a Warehouse Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Warehouse Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting the logistics and shipping team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Warehouse Customer Service Representative
Location: Brampton, ON
Pay Range: $24.00–$28.00/hour
Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
What's the Job?
- Create and process Bills of Lading (BOLs) and Purchase Orders (POs)
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain shipping records
- Respond to customer inquiries via email regarding shipments and deliveries
- Assist customers with shipping-related questions and order updates
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely order processing
What's Needed?
- Previous experience in warehouse customer service, shipping, logistics, or transportation
- Experience creating Bills of Lading (BOLs) and Purchase Orders (POs)
- Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong data entry and administrative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
