We are seeking a bi-lingual (French and English) Customer Service Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for helping our French cleientele by providing product and service information and helping to resolve billing or product issues.
Responsibilities :
Handle all customer inquiries that come in on our dedicated French line
Troubleshoot to help resolve issues and concerns related to product, or billing
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications :
Must be bilingual in French and English
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
