A leader in Logistics and Shipping is looking to hire a Call Center Representative to join the Concord team immediately on an ongoing contract. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be the first point of contact for businesses and consumers looking to track and trace their shipments. The successful candidate will be skilled at multitasking and genuinely enjoy helping people.

Who you are:
- Bilingual and fully fluent in French and English with excellent written and verbal communication in both languages
- Previous experience working in a high volume call centre for a minimum of 6 months
- Experience using AS400 is a strong asset
- A personable team player with the ability to learn quickly
- Proven ability to handle high volume calls with ease and a sense of calmness
- Helpful by nature with the ability to problem solve
- Flexible and able to start immediately
