Our Story & Purpose:

We’re Vancity, a member-owned credit union built on the principles of inclusion and social justice. Since 1946, our relentless commitment to these values has helped us challenge the status quo and break down barriers. We’ve made bold commitments to become net-zero by 2040 across all mortgages and loans, and we’re actively pursuing strategies in Indigenous banking and financial resilience for our members.

As the largest private sector Living Wage Employer in Canada, we’re proud to be consistently recognized as one of the country’s Top Employers. If you’re ready to join our team of 2,300 diverse individuals, access competitive rewards and benefits, and be part of a greater movement - apply today!

  • Accelerating value realization by supporting timely delivery of technology solutions that meet business needs and improve user experience
  • Strengthening cross‑functional collaboration by acting as a trusted partner between business stakeholders, product teams, and technology delivery teams
  • Supporting sustainable change through documentation, testing support, and knowledge transfer that enable smooth adoption of new or enhanced systems

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, technology or related field
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in business systems analysis or a related technical background
  • Experience with API & API integrations
  • Experience using SQL and strong analytical skills
  • Windows Server Administration experience

Extra Skills That Set You Apart:

  • Experience working in the Financial Services or Financial Technologies industries with a focus on Payments & Compliance Technology
  • Data‑driven mindset, with an ability to analyze transaction data and resolve discrepancies
  • End‑to‑end systems thinking, understanding upstream and downstream impacts
  • PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis) designation or similar is an asset

You’ll Thrive Here If You Are:

  • Customer-centric – you define and measure success through the eyes of your internal customers and anticipate, understand and respond to their evolving needs.
  • Results-oriented – you have a demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders in order to conduct diagnosis, analyze findings, generate appropriate options, and build deliverables all while securing their commitment to these solutions.
  • Technology savvy – you have education and/or experience supporting technology development/ implementation efforts.
  • Analytical – you seek to facilitate data-driven decision making, including “rolling up your sleeves” to collect data, research and build models.
  • A project manager – you can shift from big-picture to detail effortlessly and use your planning & organizational skills to achieve your objectives in a logical sequence.

We value lived experience, so if you are interested in this role, we encourage you to apply even if you feel your skills don't perfectly align with those listed.

What You’ll Earn:

This role offers a salary range of $75,700 - $93,450 per annum. The base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications, skills, previous experience, and internal equity.
