Job description

Is this role right for you?

In this role, you will:
  • Understand business processes and technology landscape, responsible to keep a wholistic view on the domain's current and future system needs.
  • Ensure that technical specifications are clearly, accurately and thoroughly documented and understood for both system changes and/or process changes.
  • Ensure sign off and completeness of technical requirements and specifications from both technology and business owners.
  • Investigate and resolve incidents independently and escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and subject matter experts on both technology and business areas.
  • Develop detailed progress reports and timely communications to key stakeholders and domain leads
  • Develop a strong knowledge of the product backlog and work closely within the domain team, ensuring systems requirements are assigned to the right technology teams
  • Provide support/guidance with test validations, implementation, and manages transitioning the change to a steady state maintenance function

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We’d love to work with you if you have:

  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years experience as a Systems Analyst in a complex enterprise environment.
  • Ability to break down high level requirements into structured insights and actionable outcomes.
  • Ability to deliver results in face paced, challenging and dynamic environment.
  • Strong verbal and troubleshooting skills
  • Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, system architectural design, data mapping and system flows.
  • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum and SDLC methodologies
