We welcome talent from all backgrounds and are committed to equal opportunity regardless of race, religion, ethnicity, age, disability, sexual orientation, or gender identity. Accommodations are available throughout the hiring process upon request. Learn more about our DEIB vision on our website.

All our job postings provide pay transparency. In addition to base salary we offer bonus, stock options and a wide range of benefits.

About the role

This role focuses on enterprise optimization—partnering with Operations, Finance, Client Services, Support, Sales Ops, and Technology to translate real-world problems into implementable solution designs. You’ll work with internal teams and outsourced vendors to move ideas from discovery to MVP to scaled rollout, with clear measures of impact.

This is an existing vacancy.

What you'll do

Supporting process improvement and automation opportunities

  • Take part in discovery sessions to understand current workflows and pain points
  • Observe how work is done and help document processes and issues
  • Support the identification and prioritisation of improvement opportunities using simple criteria (impact, effort, risk, time to value)
  • Learn where automation or AI can help (e.g. extraction, classification, summarisation, decision support) and where simpler workflows are more effective

Helping shape solutions and requirements

  • Help define clear problem statements, goals, and success measures
  • Assist with mapping current‑state and future‑state processes, including exceptions and human‑in‑the‑loop steps
  • Contribute to requirements, user stories, decision logic, data needs, and acceptance criteria
  • Learn common solution patterns such as workflow automation, system integrations, OCR/extraction, and rules‑based logic

Working with Technology, Product, and vendors

  • Support testing activities (UAT), rollout preparation, and post‑launch improvements
  • Help contribute to documentation (SOPs, runbooks, training materials)

Tracking value and supporting adoption

  • Help gather baseline data (time, volume, error rates) and track results after launch
  • Follow established privacy, security, and governance guidelines
  • Support training, job aids, office hours, and feedback collection to improve adoption

What you'll bring

  • 2–4 years’ experience in business analysis, operations, process improvement, automation, or a related field (internships or co‑ops included)
  • Strong analytical skills and curiosity about how systems and processes work
  • Good data science skills
  • Ability to break down messy problems and describe them clearly
  • Comfort writing requirements and explaining ideas to both technical and non‑technical partners
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

The pay range for this role is:
77,000 - 92,000 CAD per year(Toronto)
