Job Description

WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? The Finance and Audit Technology team are seeking a technical resource to support our existing Accounts Payable / Fixed Assets (APFA) vendor products in a technical and administrative capacity. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders to support day-to-day operations, implement approved changes, and help maintain the stability and effectiveness of our APFA systems. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a Windows-based environment, has strong communication skills, and is eager to learn new technologies and applications.WHAT WILL YOU DO?
  • Provide technical and administrative support for APFA vendor products
  • Work with business partners to gather requirements and implement system changes
  • Support troubleshooting, issue resolution, and routine maintenance activities
  • Assist with SQL queries, data validation, and basic data analysis
  • Document support activities, changes, and procedures as needed
  • Learn and adapt to new applications, tools, and support processes
  • Support Windows server-based environments and related technologies
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?Must have:
  • Technical experience working with Windows servers
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with business partners and technical teams
  • Eagerness to learn new applications and technologies
  • SQL experience
Nice-to-have:
  • Previous Accounts Payable / Fixed Assets experience or knowledge
  • C# programming experience
  • Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains / SAP / Epicor Kinetic e10 experience
