Job description

Our Utility client is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Tester to support a SAP S/4 HANA upgrade program, including designing, developing, and maintain automated test cases/scripts using UiPath

Preference is for Candidates in Calgary Or Edmonton, but willing to consider candidates % remote in Canada

Must haves:

5+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst or Testing role with a focus on testing SAP solutions (ECC and S/4HANA).
Experience developing automated test cases using UiPath (Or similar Automation tools)
3+ years of experience working in an Agile delivery environment,
Experience working with test and backlog tools such as Azure DevOps.

Nice-to-haves:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience testing SAP in utilities, energy, or regulated environments.
Experience with integration testing across SAP and non‑SAP platforms.
Experience supporting large transformation or modernization initiatives.
Strong data validation and test data management skills.

Responsibilities:

Support Product Owners and Subject Matter Experts in documenting appropriate scenarios and test cases
Execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for SAP initiatives, using both manual and automated efforts inside ADO and UiPath (functional, integration, regression, and UAT).
Validate end‑to‑end business processes across SAP modules (e.g., billing, customer care, finance, integrations).
Ensure acceptance criteria and “definition of done” are clearly testable and met prior to release.
Coordinate and support business-led UAT, including defect triage and resolution.
Identify, generate and maintain test data which is required to execute test scripts
Identify, Design, build, and maintain automated test cases/scripts using UiPath for SAP and integrated systems.
Log, track, and manage defects using Azure DevOps (ADO) or equivalent tools
