Job description

Are you interested in high quality outwear, luxury-forward design, aesthetic innovation and looking for a position that lets you work from home? We’re seeking talented individuals like you to join our 100% remote team of bilingual Customer experience Representatives within New Brunswick.

In this role, you'll provide white glove solutions to customers of Mackage, a global leader in the fashion industry business.

What we have to offer:

  • Hourly wage of $, which includes a bilingual premium;
  • Hourly bonus for weekend work

  • Work from the comfort of your own home (equipment provided).

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to customers by phone, email, live chat and text;
  • Using your knowledge of the products, guide customers about size, fit and styling;
  • Inform customers of our policies concerning warranty, shipping and returns;
  • Respond in a timely manner, with courtesy and empathy;
  • Increase customer satisfaction and loyalty by proposing solutions to identified problems;
  • Promote complementary solutions and products on our online platform based on customer needs and habits.

Qualifications:

  • Fluently bilingual (English and French): you will need to interact with French and English-speaking people in Canada and will need to answer approximatively 90% of your calls in English.
  • Reside in New Brunswick;
  • Availability: 20 to 40 hours/week, including evenings and weekends Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 10:00 pm Atlantic Time; Weekends from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Atlantic Time;
  • Contract: November to February, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
  • Work from home: High-speed Internet connection (min. 25 Mb/s) and secure, quiet workspace (closed room, locked door, confidential environment).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to multi-task in a computerized environment;
  • Problem-solving attitude;
  • Completed high school diploma or equivalent;
