AECOM is seeking a Procurement Specialist to work closely with and directly support the Procurement Manager in a full-time hybrid position. Youll be a key driver in keeping procurement activities running smoothly suppliers aligned and projects on track. Youll work closely with a supportive Procurement Manager and learn the full procurement lifecycle. This is an excellent opportunity for a keen go-getter who thrives on responsibility enjoys solving problems and wants to make a tangible impact on high-value projects.
Responsibilities
- Act as the go-to support for the Procurement Manager across current and future projects
- Support the Procurement Manager in developing and maintaining procurement strategies plans and client deliverables
- Actively build and nurture strong relationships with suppliers and project teams to drive collaboration and successful outcomes
- Bring brilliant creative ideas to share with clients and enhance project outcomes
- Assist with procurement planning scheduling and tracking of materials and services
- Support contract and purchase order administration from award through delivery
- Coordinate with Project Managers Engineers and Client team to keep everyone aligned
- Help resolve supplier issues and keep communication flowing
- Maintain procurement logs reports and dashboard
