Campaign Term: Short-term position with possibility of extension

Paid Training: Complete remote onboarding provided

Work Location: 100% Remote

Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours/week; requires 7-day open availability) 8AM-8PM CST

Pay Rate: $17.00/hour

Be the Reassuring Voice: Greet incoming callers with authentic warmth and deep empathy when they need it most.

Guide with Confidence: Supply clear, actionable, and comforting information tailored to emergency needs.

Sound Natural, Not Robotic: Convert call scripts into warm, adaptive, and human conversations.

Seamless Escalation & Records: Track call details carefully and pass high-priority cases to leadership without delay.

Thrive in High Volumes: Keep your cool and stay sharp during busy shifts to ensure no caller is left behind.

Qualifications
Fluent Communicator: Clear, professional written and spoken English.

Proven Track Record: At least 6 months serving customers in a frontline, administrative, or contact center role.

Compliant Hardware: Windows 10+ computer (macOS/ChromeOS/tablets not accepted).

Hardwired Connection: High-speed internet connected directly via Ethernet cable.

Ready to Work: USB headset with noise cancellation, working webcam, and willingness to complete a background check.
