Location : Durham Region - Remote (Travel required for client meetings, conferences, and presentations)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Program Account Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience in Commercial Lines (CLs) insurance, holds a RIBO license in good standing, and has deep technical expertise in specialized products including Errors & Omissions (E&O), Cyber Insurance, Directors & Officers (D&O) Liability, and other niche programs.
This role is ideal for a confident professional who excels at client relationship building, delivering compelling presentations to senior stakeholders, and representing the organization at industry events. While this is a remote position, travel will be required for client meetings, conferences, and presentations.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Conduct one-on-one client meetings to review insurance needs, assess exposures, and recommend tailored solutions.
- Travel to client sites, conferences, and industry events to strengthen relationships and represent the organization professionally.
