About the Position In this role, you will assist clients with questions about available benefit programs, coverage options, and related services.
Your focus will be on providing clear information, understanding individual needs, and helping clients navigate their available options with confidence.
Key Responsibilities Communicate with clients regarding benefit programs and available services Answer questions about coverage in a clear and professional manner Help clients understand their options and next steps Review existing plans and identify suitable alternatives when appropriate Stay informed about product, service, and program updates Maintain accurate records and provide consistent follow-up Participate in ongoing training and professional development Qualifications Previous customer service, sales, or client support experience is helpful but not required Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients Organized, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities Professional and positive approach to client interactions Able to work independently while contributing to a team environment Who Does Well in This Role We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, coachable, and focused on personal and professional growth.
Strong candidates are confident communicators, adaptable, and comfortable working toward goals in a remote setting.
