• Monitor expenses and identify cost-effective strategies to maximize resources and optimize the quality and variety of programs offered to residents

• Seek external funding and community partnerships to supplement the program budget and enhance program offering

Evaluation and Quality Improvement:

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs through resident feedback, observation and outcome measures

• Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance program quality, diversity and resident satisfaction

• Stay abreast of trends and best practices in resident programming and incorporate new ideas as appropriate

Interdisciplinary Collaboration:

• Collaborate with other members of the interdisciplinary care team, including nursing professionals, dietary managers and social workers to coordinate and integrate programs with overall resident care plans

• Participate in care planning meetings and interdisciplinary rounds to address resident needs and preferences related to socialization, recreation and leisure activities
