Job description
Precision Resource is a leading global supplier of precision metal components and assemblies. We are looking for a Corporate Controller to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. Reporting to the Director of Finance/CFO you will ensure the reliability of financial information and the efficiency of accounting processes.

Summary:
The Corporate Controller will be responsible for managing the financial activities of the Corporate. The successful candidate will be committed to the highest level of integrity, trust and responsibility; bring a hands-on approach to day-to-day operations, and exhibit strong analytical, leadership, planning, teamwork and management skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare monthly multi-currency consolidated financial statements (US GAAP/IFRS)
  • Provide analysis and financial commentary for monthly, quarterly and annual closings
  • Implementing efficient financial policies
  • Prepare all documentation for external audits worldwide
  • Prepare the full annual consolidated financial statements and notes
  • Ensuring accurate records and implementing internal controls
  • Providing financial data for strategic decisions
  • Preparing and assisting in budgeting and forecasting
  • Assist Director of Finance in treasury-related functions, business and strategic planning.
  • Supporting Tax Manager on tax matters and filings.
  • Assist multiple divisions in standard cost accounting and related analyses
  • Assist in overseeing the US payroll and (k)
  • Assist in preparing for annual insurance renewals.

Qualifications:
  • CPA designation and Degree in Accounting.
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years’ experience in manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in consolidations of multinational operations, including foreign exchange
  • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
  • Expert level MS Office suite
