We are partnering with a dynamic, rapidly growing multi-entity corporate group in the GTA to find a hands on financial leader. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will drive strategic corporate growth, manage treasury and working capital and lead a dedicated finance team!
Are you a strategic CPA looking for a high-impact, seat at the table finance leadership role?
Do you have at least 8 years of progressive finance experience, and largely coming from the Manufacturing sector?
This role requires fluent communication in Mandarin or Cantonese to interface directly with key stakeholders - how comfortable are you conducting executive level financial discussions in either language?

Responsibilities* Financial reporting
* Multi-entity conslidated reporting
* Lead cash flow forecasting, liquidity monitoring
* Support corporate treasury functions, manage banking relationships
* Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts and variance analysis across all business units
* Build advanced financial models, ROI evaluations for new business ventures
* Maintain robust internal controls
* Ensure compliance with ASPE/IFRS
* Manage external audit preparation
* Lead a team of 5-8 people, handling performance management, succession planning
Qualifications* Must be fluent in either Mandarin or Cantonese as this role requires regular communication with key stakeholders
* CPA designated professional
* 8+ yrs of progressive experience with proven leadership
* Multi-entity consolidation experience
* Must be self-motivated and have a keen eye for details, variances, best practices etc
