Job description

Senior Manager, Internal Audit & ICFR Testing - 12 months

  • Lead IT and business control testing for an ICFR program and manage a team of up to five testers.
  • Partner with IT, Finance, and business leaders to assess risk, strengthen controls, and support the internal audit plan.
  • Drive high-quality audit execution, issue reporting, remediation follow-up, and continuous improvement in audit processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead ICFR IT and business control testing, review workpapers, and provide feedback on testing procedures
  • Oversee tester performance, documentation quality, and timely communication of findings
  • Support audit planning and execution within scope, budget, and timelines
  • Work with management to identify root causes and develop practical action plans
  • Help resolve complex audit and risk issues with senior stakeholders
  • Promote strong control awareness across the organization

About You
  • 10+ years of experience in internal audit or ICFR
  • CPA and CISA required
  • Strong knowledge of IT general controls (ITGCs), end-user computing (EUC) controls, GAAP, COSO, and internal audit standards
  • Experience leading teams and working cross-functionally
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems and data tools is an asset
