We are seeking a results-driven E-Commerce Acceleration Manager to lead and scale our digital commerce business across multiple online sales channels, including Shopify, Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, and other marketplaces. This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and has deep expertise in digital advertising, marketplace management, Shopify operations, and data-driven growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving online revenue, increasing customer acquisition, improving conversion rates, optimizing marketplace performance, and building brand awareness through best-in-class digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce Growth

Develop and execute the overall e-commerce growth strategy across Shopify, Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, and other online marketplaces.
Drive revenue growth by improving conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and customer lifetime value.
Optimize product assortment, pricing, promotions, bundles, and merchandising across all channels.
Identify new growth opportunities and implement strategies to accelerate online sales.


Marketplace Management

Manage and optimize Amazon Vendor Central, including product listings, inventory, merchandising, promotions, A+ Content, and performance reporting.
Manage Walmart Marketplace and develop advertising campaigns through Walmart Connect to increase visibility and sales.
Optimize marketplace listings, product content, SEO, and merchandising to improve organic rankings and conversion.
Monitor marketplace performance and identify opportunities for growth.

Digital Marketing

Plan, launch, optimize, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Walmart Connect, Amazon Advertising, and other digital platforms.
Maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) while reducing customer acquisition costs.
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to increase customer engagement and retention.
Build annual digital marketing calendars and coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives.
Grow brand awareness through SEO, content marketing, influencer partnerships, and social media initiatives.


Shopify & Website Management

Oversee the company's Shopify direct-to-consumer (DTC) website, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and best-in-class site performance.
Improve website conversion rates through merchandising, landing page optimization, user experience (UX), and customer journey analysis.
Manage Shopify apps, integrations, and third-party platforms to improve operational efficiency and functionality.
Monitor website health, troubleshoot issues, coordinate with developers, and continuously improve site speed and performance.


Analytics & Performance

Analyze website and campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and other reporting tools.
Monitor key e-commerce KPIs and provide regular reporting with actionable recommendations.
Utilize data to optimize advertising performance, conversion rates, customer acquisition, and retention.
Conduct A/B testing and support ongoing conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with marketing, sales, creative, operations, and product teams to execute campaigns and support product launches.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging and a seamless customer experience across all channels.

Qualifications
5+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail.
Proven success managing Shopify and growing DTC e-commerce businesses.

Extensive experience with Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central.

Experience managing Walmart Marketplace, Walmart DSV, and Walmart Connect advertising.

Proven experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Advertising, and other paid digital media campaigns.
Strong understanding of Shopify administration, merchandising, and app management.

Experience implementing and managing Shopify integrations with ERP, CRM, inventory, fulfillment, PIM, or marketing platforms.
Strong proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), reporting, and performance analysis.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

English spoken with a functional French

English-speaking internal and external [clients/partners/employees] located outside Quebec on a [daily/regular] basis

Experience in the luggage, travel, consumer products, retail, or fashion industries.
Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Liquid, or other web technologies.
Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and UX best practices.
Knowledge of SEO, email marketing platforms, and marketing automation.
Experience managing digital advertising budgets efficiently and delivering strong results with limited spend.
Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and automation platforms.
