Location: Toronto, Ontario
Duration: 12 Months

Introduction

We are seeking a skilled developer with extensive experience in Salesforce CRM modules and development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce service, marketing, and financial cloud solutions, as well as a deep understanding of Vlocity omniscripts, Apex, Visualforce, CSS, and JavaScript on the Salesforce Platform.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Over 9 years of experience in Salesforce.com Administration/Development including analysis, modeling, design, coding, testing, and implementation.
  • Experience in Salesforce CRM modules as a developer in implementing Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Financial Service Cloud, and Communities for clients in retail industries.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced Agile Environment involving Daily Scrum, Sprint Grooming, and Sprint Planning sessions.
  • Experience in SFDC development using Visualforce pages, Visualforce components, AJAX Tool kit, SOQL, and SOSL queries.
  • Experience in System Integration using SOAP and REST-based Web Services API to internal applications and legacy systems.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce DX, activities like creation of scratch orgs, package creation, conflict resolution, pull request approvals, and deploying to lower orgs for testing and finally to production.
  • Experience with SFDC development using Apex classes, Triggers, Apex Test Classes for SFDC testing, and Batch Apex for complex data processing.
  • Knowledge on the modules of eCommerce like Product Information, Content Management, Order Management, and Promotions in B2B environments.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Extensively work on Case management functionality to help live agents solve customer issues, improving overall productivity and NPS of the organization.
  • Customize various SFDC standard objects like Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Cases, Entitlements, Service Contracts, Reports, and dashboards.
  • Support day-to-day Salesforce Marketing Cloud operations and cross-channel digital marketing campaigns, including email and SMS.
  • Measure, analyze, and report the performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess them against the goals.
  • Generate and analyze custom reports and dashboards for management and various business unit personnel to provide detailed information on key performance indicators.
