·Specialize in complex coverage areas, including E&O, Cyber, D&O, and other specialized insurance solutions.

·Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks to ensure clients receive relevant and timely guidance.

Sales & Business Development

·Identify and develop new business opportunities through client networks, referrals, and industry relationships.

·Present and pitch customized insurance programs to new and existing clients, clearly articulating value and differentiation.

·Participate in conferences, webinars, panels, and other industry activities to elevate brand awareness and expand market presence.

Presentations & Reporting

·Prepare polished client proposals, reports, and presentations tailored to varying audiences and stakeholder levels.

·Deliver engaging and informative presentations to boards, executives, and client groups.

·Host webinars and virtual training sessions to educate clients on insurance products, regulatory updates, and best practices.

Project & Deadline Management

·Manage multiple client initiatives, renewal cycles, and internal projects, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

·Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and strong execution.

·Monitor account performance, maintain renewal schedules, and proactively address client needs.

Qualifications

·Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Commercial Lines insurance with strong expertise in specialized coverages (E&O, Cyber, D&O, etc.).

·License: Active RIBO license in good standing.

·Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of policy structures, underwriting guidelines, and industry best practices in commercial insurance.

·Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.

·Presentation Skills: Comfortable presenting to boards, executives, and large audiences; experience hosting webinars is an asset.
