The Opportunity
This is an entry-level position and a strong starting point for someone eager to begin their career in a professional office setting and gain meaningful experience working alongside a high-performing team of financial professionals.
You will play an important role in delivering a seamless client experience while supporting advisors in a professional and fast-paced environment. As we continue to grow and expand our advisory practice, this role will evolve in responsibility and scope.
This position begins part-time, with a structured pathway to full-time over 6–12 months based on performance and business growth milestones.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client communication, scheduling, and follow-ups
• Support life insurance and investment processing
• Track pending business and ensure timely completion
• Communicate with head office, carriers, and mutual fund dealers
• Maintain organized digital client files and CRM systems
• Assist with reporting, presentations, and operational projects
• Support compliance and documentation standards
Growth & Development
