Job descriptionStudents enrolled in a full-time post-secondary program at an accredited university or community college, having completed at least one full year by August 2025, and returning to full-time attendance in January 2026. Working towards a recognized Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business (Finance or Accounting). Superior analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. Ability to process and manipulate large data sets. Excellent planning, organizing, and time management skills with strong attention to detail. Understanding of group benefits and the insurance industry is an asset. Bilingualism (English & French).

THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL
- Develop and present analysis to support the Finance Team in achieving key deliverables related to strategic and financial initiatives.
- Support significant projects by performing project management activities and financial analysis.
- Assist in developing enhanced reporting for senior leadership.
- Perform ad hoc off-cycle financial analysis on specific business areas.
- Support projects related to GSC’s broader finance transformation initiative.
- Collaborate with the Finance and Accounting Team.
