Job description

We have a bold vision of a world free of multiple sclerosis (MS). For 75 years, we have been living our mission to connect and empower the MS community to create positive change and you can be part of that! Our team is looking for a Coordinator, Program Delivery on a permanent full-time basis, working 35 hours per week anywhere in Canada. We support flexible work options with some purposeful based in-person meetings, based on your location. Please apply by March 14, 2025.

The impact you will have :

The Coordinator, Program Delivery leads the delivery of our peer support programs and other community programs as required. This role ensures participants experience a high-quality program and drives engagement to improve the lives of Canadians affected by MS. The Coordinator, Program Delivery :

  • Leads the full delivery cycle to meet peer support program’s desired outcomes, including the development and execution of their annual program plan in collaboration with other departments.
  • Engages with volunteers to deliver the peer support programs effectively and ensure a superior MS community member experience.
  • Tracks accurate program data to support program evaluation, reporting, and improvement in partnership with the program design team.
  • Builds MS community member relationships to represent MS Canada in the community and further promote its programs.

Requirements

Our ideal candidate :

  • Has a track record of strong customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships with a variety of staff, program participants, volunteers and community partners
  • Has experience in volunteer engagement and delivering a positive volunteer experience throughout the life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, development, and support.
  • Is strategic, confident, and results oriented
  • Is self-motivated and a multi-tasker with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Is highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Has exceptional skills for active listening, empathetic communication, interpersonal skills, and experience with distress / crisis situations
  • Demonstrates skills in conflict resolution and maintaining confidentiality, with sensitivity to issues of Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility (IDEA)
  • Has exceptional computer literacy with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and is proficient with database software and survey software
