Job Title: HR Administrative Assistant
Location: Windsor, ON
Duration: 1 Month (with potential for extension)
Kelly Services is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to support one of our clients in Windsor on a temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their HR career to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced HR environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support within the HR department
- Organize, sort, and maintain employee files, including filing, purging, and preparing documents for off-site storage
- Assist with backlog cleanup of HR records and documentation
- Act as an additional support resource in the HR office, assisting with general inquiries and directing employees as needed
- Collect, organize, and track employee forms and documentation
- Input and manage data using Excel and internal systems
- Follow established processes and ensure compliance with company policies and the collective agreement
- Support day-to-day HR operations and adapt to shifting priorities
Qualifications:
- Recent graduate with a diploma/degree in Human Resources is preferred
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Strong communication skills and a positive, approachable attitude
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
