Job Description

WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

You will be a Business Process Analyst supporting strategic transformation
initiatives across Global Product Control. In this role, you’ll drive process
optimization, manage emerging project pipelines, and help capture quantifiable business value from modernization efforts. You’ll work at the intersection of process, technology, and change—leveraging generative AI toolsets to accelerate analysis and delivery while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Analyze and optimize business processes to identify inefficiencies, automation opportunities, and cost-reduction potential, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop future-state designs
  • Manage and track project pipeline initiatives, prioritizing workstreams, monitoring deliverables, and escalating risks to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
  • Leverage Gen AI tools (prompt engineering, document analysis, code generation, and insight synthesis) to accelerate process documentation, impact analysis, and solution development
  • Capture and quantify value realization, including cost savings, cycle time reductions, and risk mitigation, with supporting metrics and business case validation
  • Support change management execution by documenting process changes, creating stakeholder communication materials, and monitoring adoption and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with IT teams on technical solution implementation, validation, and compliance assurance for automation and data platform initiatives
  • Develop dashboards and reporting using PowerBI, Confluence, and JIRA to track performance metrics, program progress, and value achievement for leadership communication
  • Conduct stakeholder engagement sessions to gather requirements, communicate progress, and ensure buy-in across functional areas

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

Must-Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in business process improvement, process analysis, or operational transformation
  • Proficiency with process modeling tools and strong Excel/data analysis capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across technical and business teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to diverse audiences
  • Knowledge of BPM methodologies, process documentation standards, and continuous improvement frameworks

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with generative AI tools and prompt engineering for business applications
  • Familiarity with project portfolio/pipeline management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar)
  • Experience quantifying financial benefits from process improvements and transformation initiatives
  • Exposure to RPA, data integration, or process automation technologies
  • Certification in Six Sigma, Lean, or change management

WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU?

We thrive on the challenge to be our best—progressive thinking to keep growing and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and
communities prosper. We care about each other, reaching our potential, making a difference to our communities, and achieving success that is mutual.

Benefits Include:

• A comprehensive Total Rewards Program including bonuses, flexible
benefits, and competitive compensation
• Leaders who support your development through coaching and career
growth opportunities
• Opportunities to work with industry-leading transformation and finance
professionals
