  • Ensure departmental compliance with health and safety policies and promote a safe working environment.
  • Coordinate monthly and annual production planning activities based on sales forecasts and business objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives involving ERP/MRP systems and departmental processes.
  • Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly production, inventory, and capacity reports for leadership.
  • Develop and maintain departmental procedures that comply with quality management systems and corporate standards.
  • Monitor production flow and identify opportunities to improve supply chain performance and operational efficiency.
  • Manage company-owned and customer-owned tooling inventories, including tracking, reporting, surplus disposition, and inventory accuracy.
  • Oversee scrap reporting and inventory reconciliation processes.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to effectively manage engineering changes and their impact on inventory and production schedules.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably within a highly regulated industry such as aerospace or automotive.
