I am currently recruiting a Methods and Processes Engineer for one of my clients, an automotive manufacturing company located on the island of Montreal.

Permanent position 40h / week - hybrid (3D / week)

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for :

• Developing and optimizing manufacturing processes.
• Analyze and improve production flows to reduce costs and lead times.
• Implement performance analysis tools (KPI).
• Collaborate with teams to solve technical and operational problems.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement projects (Lean, Six Sigma).

Your professional skills :

Salary :

85k - 100k depending on experience.

Communication with international customers : As some of our customers are based abroad, you will be required to communicate regularly with them in English, both orally and in writing.

Working with English-speaking partners : You will be required to work with English-speaking suppliers and partners to monitor orders and manage contracts.

Drafting documents in English : You will be responsible for drafting reports, proposals and contracts in English, for our international customers.
