Job description

About Organic Traditions

Organic Traditions is a Canadian family owned and operated company established in 2001. We are a team of individuals whose focus is to create a meaningful impact on the health and wellness of people and our planet through superfoods. We strive to inspire people to fuel themselves with high-quality, organic nutrition for prevention, regeneration, and longevity so they can live their healthiest, most vibrant life possible.

We are a growing, fast-paced, entrepreneurial organization where individuals make huge impact. You can use your initiative, creativity, and skill to help take our established organic health food brand to the next level.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing initiatives across our brand's portfolio.

This role is ideal for someone who is energized by variety, enjoys bringing projects from concept to completion, and is comfortable prioritizing across multiple workstreams with support from the broader team. You will play a key role in coordinating marketing campaigns, trade shows, retail activations, product launches, content creation, and cross-functional projects.

The successful candidate is organized, solutions-focused, and comfortable moving projects forward collaboratively -- working closely with internal teams, agencies, suppliers, and retail partners.

About the Role

Project Management & Execution

  • Coordinate marketing projects from concept through execution, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and budgets are met
  • Build and maintain project plans, calendars, and launch timelines
  • Follow up with internal stakeholders, agencies, designers, and vendors to keep projects moving forward
  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities and proactively recommend solutions
  • Support new product launches, packaging updates, promotional campaigns, and retail initiatives

Trade Shows & Events

  • Lead coordination of trade shows, conferences, retail events, and brand activations
  • Support the planning and execution of a national retail sampling and demo program, including coordinating signage, promotional materials, product shipments, demo kits, field teams, reporting, and inventory requirements
  • Manage event timelines, logistics, shipping, registrations, booth materials, and vendor communications
  • Coordinate product samples, marketing collateral, signage, giveaways, and event inventory
  • Support on-site execution and post-event reporting

Shopper Marketing Support

  • Develop and coordinate sales support materials including sell sheets, mock-ups, retailer presentations, product one-pagers, trade show materials, and promotional tools
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of display concepts, merchandising materials, retailer programs, and point-of-sale assets
  • Coordinate packaging, product imagery, claims, and product information to ensure consistency across all customer-facing materials
  • Work with designers, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure assets are delivered accurately and on time
  • Maintain an organized library of brand assets, product information, photography, and sales materials

Who You Are

  • 2-4 years experience in marketing, brand coordination, project management, and event management
  • Experience coordinating projects across multiple stakeholders
  • Experience planning trade shows, events, or activations is considered an asset
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana considered an asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable balancing multiple projects with strong attention to detail
