Rova Unify, a subsidiary of Rova Products Canada, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized AV Project Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational standards. This role coordinates project activities, tracks progress, facilitates communication, and supports documentation across multiple projects simultaneously.
LOCATION : 30 Automatic Rd, Brampton, ON L6S 5N8 (Hybrid Work Model)
JOB TYPE : Full time, Permanent. This is a replacement role.
SHIFT : Monday- Friday, 8 : 30am to 5 : 00pm
JOB OVERVIEW :
- Coordinate internal and external communications with clients, vendors, and stakeholders, responding to inquiries and directing requests as appropriate.
- Support project planning and execution by coordinating technician schedules, resources, timelines, and deliverables
- Provide status updates during pipeline meetings and follow up on action items across upcoming, active, and future projects.
- Support change management by documenting scope changes, approvals, and project updates.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress, technical issues, and repairs.
- Ensure equipment is ordered, provisioned, tracked, updated, and delivered in alignment with project timelines.
- Collaborate with Marketing on LinkedIn content and project-related communications.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE :
2+ years of experience in project coordination, and / or administrative support (AV, construction, IT, or professional services preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with project management or scheduling tools is an asset.AVIXA Project Management Certificate is a strong asset.Organized and high attention to detailWHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT :
Familiar with AV system components and signal flow, that enables effective coordination between technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders throughout a project lifecycle.Knowledge of construction and installation processes in commercial environments.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Ability to travel to client sites as required.EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS
