Job description
A public sector organization is seeking an experienced ETL Developer (SSIS) to support a large-scale enterprise ERP transformation initiative. The role focuses on data migration, integration, and transformation activities, enabling the successful transition from legacy systems to a modern cloud-based ERP platform.

The successful candidate will work closely with the data migration team, architects, and technical leads to design, develop, and maintain SSIS packages that support enterprise-wide data transformation and analytics. This is a critical role in ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and availability across HR, finance, and procurement domains.

Responsibilities
ETL Development & Data Migration
Design, develop, test, and deploy SSIS packages for data migration activities
Perform Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to migrate data from legacy systems to enterprise platforms
Develop and maintain data transformation logic and workflows

Data Analysis & Solution Design
Analyze functional and technical requirements and translate them into data transformation solutions
Work with architects and technical leads to clarify specifications and implement business logic
Develop data views and data structures to support reporting and analytics

ERP Transformation Support
Support enterprise ERP data migration strategy using SSIS as the primary tool
Contribute to data cleansing, validation, and transformation activities
Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems during migration

Collaboration & Delivery
Work collaboratively with data migration teams, business stakeholders, and implementation partners
Participate in defect triage meetings and troubleshooting activities
Contribute to a team-oriented environment supporting continuous improvement and adoption of new processes

Governance & Best Practices
Adhere to developer technical standards and guiding principles
Maintain version control and documentation for SSIS packages
Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security requirements

Qualifications
