Role Description
• Responsible for designing, building, and maintaining integrations using Workato to automate business processes across utility systems such as billing, CIS, OMS, ERP, CRM, and data platforms.
• Collaborates with IT and business teams to streamline workflows, ensure data accuracy, and support reliable operations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all integrated systems.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues and failures, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Implement security best practices, including API protection and authentication mechanisms.
• Maintain documentation for integration workflows, APIs, and configurations.
• Support continuous improvement and optimization of automation processes and system performance.
