Job description

SSRG is looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our growing Systems Integration team in Ontario.This full-time Senior Account Executive, Systems Integration role is a hybrid position based in Mississauga, ON, with a mix of on-site client visits, office time, and work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities, managing a sales pipeline, conducting site visits, leading discovery meetings, preparing proposals and quotations, and presenting integrated solutions to decision-makers. The role will also involve negotiating contracts, coordinating with engineering and project teams to ensure accurate scopes of work, and overseeing handoffs for successful implementation. Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities. Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Conduct client meetings, site visits, and needs assessments. Prepare proposals, quotations, and solution presentations. Negotiate contracts and close sales opportunities. Collaborate with engineering, project management, and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery. Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and activity reports. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.Executing deals to meet and exceed monthly targets.Training, coaching, and mentoring of junior sales team members.Requirements5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably within security systems, low-voltage, building technologies, or systems integration.Strong understanding of card access, CCTV, intercom, and alarm systems, including typical components, integration requirements, and solution design basics.Demonstrated ability to prospect, qualify leads, build and manage a sales pipeline, and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders at multiple levels.Solid organizational and time-management skills, including experience using CRM tools and working with sales metrics and forecastsfort working in a hybrid environment, including in-person client visits across Ontario and remote work from home as required.Experience selling into commercial, industrial, or healthcare markets is highly beneficial.Track record of success with a short or long sales cycle.Post-secondary education in business, technology, security, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.Strong prospecting, lead generation, and cold-calling skills.Self-motivated, highly driven "hunter" mentality with strong closing skillsFluent in EnglishProficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and CRM platforms.Superior customer service and relationship-building skills.Valid driver's licence and access to reliable transportation.Ability to travel throughout Ontario as required.Strong team-oriented approach and professional attitudepany PerksBase salary: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 annually, depending on experienceHybrid work environmentAdditional perks: Commission, vehicle allowance, cell phone, laptop, expense account, and participation in incentive programsHealth & dental benefits for full-time employeesUp to $1,000 in referral bonuses when your friends join the teamProfessional Development & Internal Career Growth OpportunitiesA culture of respect and mentorshipAccess to exclusive employee discounts on over 5000 products & servicesThis posting is for an existing vacancy.
