Job Summary:

The Production Manager position is responsible for overseeing daily operations on the production floor, ensuring that manufacturing targets, safety standards, and quality expectations are consistently met. This role requires strong leadership, planning skills, and hands-on experience managing production teams and workflows. Ideal for someone organized, solutions-focused, and committed to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate production staff to meet daily targets
  • Monitor workflow, schedule production runs, and allocate resources efficiently
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
  • Track performance metrics and maintain accurate production reports
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., quality control, logistics) to ensure smooth operations
  • Train, mentor, and support production team members

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a production or supervisory role
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and team coordination
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using basic digital tools or production tracking systems
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
