  • Contribute to quarterly and annual growth planning
Accountability and Reporting

  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation of all business development activity
  • Provide weekly pipeline and performance reporting
  • Track referral volume, conversion trends, and revenue impact
  • Maintain disciplined follow up with referral partners
Performance and Compensation

  • This is a field based, outcome driven role measured by quarterly revenue growth, increase in qualified referral partnerships, growth in monthly referral volume, and referral to client conversion rate.
  • Compensation includes a base salary plus performance-based bonus tied to achievement of quarterly revenue and referral growth targets.
Qualifications

  • Minimum five years’ experience in business development
  • Healthcare, senior services, or community-based experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success in territory growth and revenue expansion
