Job description

SUMMARY

The Service Coordinator at Moduline Homes is responsible for managing and coordinating service, warranty, and repair activities for modular homes. This role serves as a primary point of contact between homeowners, vendors, service technicians, and internal teams to ensure timely, efficient, and high quality resolution of service requests. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and experienced in construction or housing-related service coordination.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners regarding service and warranty requests
  • Receive, document, and track service calls, warranty claims, and repair requests
  • Schedule and coordinate service technicians, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Communicate clearly with customers regarding timelines, expectations, and resolutions
  • Review warranty coverage and determine eligibility of service requests
  • Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and documentation
  • Coordinate with production, sales, and installation teams to resolve issues efficiently
  • Order and track materials or parts required for service work
  • Ensure all service work meets Moduline Homes' quality standards and safety requirements
  • Follow up after service completion to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assist with reporting, service metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or construction-related training preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in service coordination, customer service, warranty administration, or construction-related roles
  • Knowledge of modular homes, residential construction, or manufactured housing preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and service management software Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
